Under new management - the project known as "Green 18" will continue the development of BIOTEKT houses on a hill close to La Crucecita, overlooking the Golf Course. It is conveniently located and is blessed with outstanding mountain and ocean views. Alex will keep us posted with the progress from time to time; keep an eye on this project as it is going to be the staple for future BIOTEKT projects. Below are pictures taken February 25, 2021.
