This is a mountain retreat that will provide a community of 33 Biotekt houses, each one is going to be surrounded and covered with earth and vegetation. The advantage of this location is the continuous breeze that makes the environment much more pleasant compared to the high temperatures at lower altitudes. The convenience highlight is for the community to grow all the vegetable needs using a HydroPonics or AquaPonics system that provide efficient growing in a water recycling environment.
